School Meals 2025-26
Caterlink provides freshly cooked, two-course meals daily using locally sourced ingredients. All food is prepared in our on-site kitchen. Orders must be placed online via ParentPay by 6pm on the Thursday before the required week. Each school meal costs £2.57.
How to Order:
- Log in at www.parentpay.com
- Click Make Bookings
- Select Lunch time as booking type
- Choose the week and click Make Selections
- Pick your child’s meal for each day
- Click Confirm Booking and pay online
For children entitled to Free School Meals (FSM), click Save and Select More to store the order. All meals must be booked, including FSM. Paid meals can be cancelled with 48 hours’ notice by contacting Caterlink on 07552 120834.
Free School Meals

My child prefers packed lunch, should I still apply?
Even if your child prefers packed lunch, registering for FSMs can unlock other benefits such as:
- Financial support for school trips
- Additional learning and well-being support
Is my child eligible for Pupil Premium?
In order for you to receive Free School Meal entitlement and the school to receive the Pupil Premium funding, a Parent/Carer must be claiming one of the following benefits:
- Income Support
- Income-Related Employment and Support Allowance
- Income-Based Job Seekers Allowance
- Child Tax Credit so long as you do not get Working Tax Credit and your family's annual income (as assessed by HMIR on a TC602 form) is not above £16,190. Anyone receiving working tax credit is not entitled to free school meals regardless of their income.
- The Guaranteed Element of Pension Tax Credit.

Packed lunches
Please follow these guidelines:
- No nuts, sweets, chocolate bars, fizzy drinks, glass containers
- Use a clean, named lunchbox
- Water only
- No food swapping
- Uneaten food should be kept so parents can monitor intake
Children are encouraged not to throw away any uneaten packed lunch, so you can monitor what has been eaten.
Food allergies
Notify the school of any allergies on the admission form or in writing if they develop later. Include medication and emergency contact details.
Milk and water at School
Milk is available with hot meals. Children are encouraged to bring water bottles; filling stations are available around school.
